Telecalling Executive

Follow-ups & Coordination

• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and tenders shared by the sales/estimation team.
• Coordinate between the client and internal departments (Sales, Design, Project) for information updates.
• Maintain follow-up schedules and ensure timely communication.

Database Management

• Maintain and update client contact details, leads status, and call logs in CRM or Excel sheets.
• Ensure all communications are properly recorded for tracking and reporting purposes.

Customer Relationship Management

• Handle inbound calls professionally and provide information regarding company services and ongoing projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, or feedback politely and escalate when required.

Sales & Marketing Support

• Assist the business development or marketing team by setting appointments and fixing meetings.
• Share marketing materials, brochures, or proposals as directed.
• Support the team in achieving monthly lead generation or conversion targets.

Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, and status of follow-ups.
• Report call outcomes and customer feedback to management regularly.

Other Responsibilities

• Maintain professionalism and good communication etiquette during all calls.
• Keep updated knowledge about company projects, services, and client requirements.
• Participate in internal meetings and provide input to improve customer outreach strategies.
