Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.

• Explain our diet plans, programs, and services clearly.

• Handle client queries and provide accurate information.

• Convert leads into appointments and follow up regularly.

• Maintain daily call records and update client details.

• Build good relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction.

• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi, Punjabi preferred).

• Confident, polite, and customer-focused.

• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, CRM, calling software).

• Ability to work under targets and manage time efficiently.

• Prior telesales or customer service experience is a plus.
