Telesales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our BPO team. The role involves handling outbound and/or inbound calls to customers, addressing their queries, promoting products/services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
• Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information
• Promote products, services, or offers over calls
• Maintain customer records and update databases
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
