🚀 Role OverviewSkywire Broadcast is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive (Inside Sales) with hands-on experience in the AV & Broadcast industry. This role is ideal for professionals who understand Transmitters, Broadcast Cameras, PTZ Cameras, Streaming & IP-based solutions and enjoy converting leads into long-term customers.

You will be responsible for managing the complete inside sales cycle—from lead engagement and product demos to closure and post-sales coordination—while contributing directly to revenue growth.

• 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and convert inside sales leads for AV & broadcast products
• Explain and position technical solutions including transmitters, broadcast cameras, encoders/decoders, and streaming systems
• Conduct online and offline product demonstrations highlighting features, benefits, and use cases
• Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and messaging platforms
• Maintain accurate and updated CRM records for leads, opportunities, and customers
• Track and manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Support pre-sales activities by understanding client needs and recommending suitable solutions
• Coordinate with technical and support teams for demos, configurations, and customer queries
• Assist with post-sales coordination to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with broadcasters, system integrators, production houses, and AV clients
• 🕘 Work ScheduleWorking Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 💰 Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₹23000 – ₹28000 per month (Based on experience & performance)

• Comfortable working with CRM tools and structured sales processes
