Telesales Executive

We are looking for confident, soft-spoken, and spiritually aligned women who can communicate with seekers, explain our workshops/courses, and guide them toward enrollment with clarity and compassion.

This is NOT cold sales.

You will be talking to interested leads who have already attended or registered for our workshops.

• Call warm leads (workshop attendees, inquiries, WhatsApp leads)
• Explain details of:
• 
  
• Mantra / Yantra Workshops
• Retreats & Advanced Programs
• Handle objections calmly and ethically
• Follow up via calls + WhatsApp
• Update daily lead status in CRM / Google Sheet
• Maintain respectful, devotional communication tone

Achieve weekly/monthly conversion targets

Clear Hindi communication (mandatory)

✅ Polite, patient, persuasive talking style

✅ Ability to listen & understand seeker’s problems

✅ Basic smartphone & WhatsApp handling

✅ Willingness to learn spiritual concepts (training provided)

✨ Female candidates only

✨ Interest in spirituality, healing, mantra, astrology, yoga, or wellness

✨ Housewives / Working women / Fresh graduates welcome

✨ Sales experience is a plus but not compulsory
