Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Handle client queries and provide accurate information.
• Convert leads into appointments and follow up regularly.
• Maintain daily call records and update client details.
• Build good relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills (Fluent English & Hindi preferred).
• Confident, polite, and customer-focused.
• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, CRM, calling software).
• Prior telesales or customer service experience is a plus.
