Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services, building relationships, and driving sales closures. If you are confident, persuasive, and motivated to achieve targets, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce Zaroori Retail’s services.
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into clients.
• Maintain strong follow-up and build long-term client relationships.
• Explain business solutions, services, and pricing to potential customers clearly.
• Work closely with the Business Development team to achieve sales goals.
• Keep records of calls, sales, and client details in CRM.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telesales executive, telecaller, or similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Strong follow-up skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, or fashion industry will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow with the company.
