Responsibilities:

• Create accurate patterns based on design specifications, taking into account measurements, fit, and material characteristics.
• Translate design concepts into technical patterns, ensuring proper fit and function of garments.
• Collaborate with designers and technicians to develop samples and prototypes.
• Make pattern adjustments as needed during the fitting process, ensuring the desired fit and style.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and pattern making techniques.

Qualifications:

• 6 to 8 years of experience in pattern making within a garments/knitwear manufacturing company.
• Proficient in using computer-aided design (CAD) software for pattern making.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction techniques, fabric properties, and sizing standards.
• Familiarity with production processes in the garments/knitwear industry is preferred.
