Job Description
A Visa Counselor assists clients in selecting the right visa category, guides them through application procedures, ensures documentation accuracy, and improves approval chances.
Key Responsibilities
- Help clients on various visa types (student and tourist/visitor)
- Assess client eligibility based on immigration rules and guidelines
- Guide clients in choosing suitable countries, courses, or visa categories.
- Review and verify all required documents
- Ensure compliance with embassy and immigration requirements
- Stay updated with current visa policies and regulations
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates and institutions
- Handle client queries and provide end-to-end support
