Position: Warehouse Associate

Location: Warehouse, Kohara Village, Ludhiana

Vacancies: 200 Positions

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Candidates will be responsible for basic warehouse operations, which include:

1.Scanning:

• Incoming और outgoing parcels को हैंड-हेल्ड स्कैनर से स्कैन करना
• Barcode accuracy ensure करना

2.Sorting:

• Parcels को category, pincode, size और order type के अनुसार sort करना
• Shelves और racks में सही placement सुनिश्चित करना

3.Loading:

• Packed parcels को delivery vehicles में safely और efficiently load करना
• Loading area में safety guidelines फॉलो करना

Working Hours:

• 12-hour shifts
• 26 working days per month
• Duty may require standing and physical activity throughout the shift

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹17,000 per month
• ESI Benefits (Employee State Insurance)
• Room/Accommodation provided by company

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum age 18+
• Physically fit and able to lift and move packages
• Basic understanding of warehouse tasks
• Prior warehouse/scanning/sorting experience preferred but not mandatory

Key Skills Required:

• Basic reading skills (Hindi/Punjabi preferred)
• Ability to follow safety and work instructions
• Discipline, punctuality, and willingness to work in long shifts
