Job Description
Responsible for overall workshop operations including managing technicians, monitoring daily job cards, ensuring service quality as per Bajaj standards, handling spare parts and inventory, achieving service targets, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Responsible for welcoming customers, understanding two-wheeler service or repair requirements, opening job cards, explaining service procedures, cost and delivery time, coordinating with technicians for smooth workflow, updating customers on service status, handling customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely vehicle delivery, follow-up after service, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
