Job Description
- . Customer Service & SupportWelcome customers and provide information about gold loan products.
- Guide customers through loan processes, eligibility, and interest rates.
- Assist in resolving customer queries promptly and professionally.
- 2. Gold Loan ProcessingSupport in gold appraisal procedures under supervision of authorized staff.
- Assist in verifying customer documents (KYC, application forms, etc.).
- Enter loan details into the system accurately.
- Help ensure proper tagging, packaging, and safe storage of gold ornaments as per company guidelines.
- 3. Documentation & ComplianceMaintain and update records of loan applications and customer files.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and KYC norms.
- Assist in generating daily and weekly reports for branch operations.
- 4. Branch Operations & AdministrationSupport day-to-day branch activities such as filing, data entry, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with other departments as needed.
- Assist in handling customer receipts, acknowledgments, and payment updates.
- 5. Sales & Marketing SupportProvide support in customer outreach and promotional activities.
- Assist in cross-selling financial products offered by the organization.
- Follow up with customers for renewals, interest payments, and closures.
