Job Summary The Collection Executive is responsible for collecting outstanding dues from customers, maintaining repayment discipline, and ensuring timely recovery as per company policies. The role involves field visits, customer follow-ups, documentation, and coordination with the internal team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers regularly to collect EMI/overdue payments.
• Follow up with customers through calls and personal visits for timely collections.
• Explain repayment schedules and resolve customer queries politely.
• Update daily collection details and submit reports to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of collections, receipts, and customer interactions.
• Identify high-risk and default accounts and escalate to seniors when required.
• Ensure collections are done as per company policy and legal guidelines.
• Maintain professional behavior and company reputation during field work.
• Coordinate with branch, credit, and accounts teams for smooth operations.
• Eligibility & SkillsMinimum qualification: 10th / Inter / Graduation (preferred)
• Experience: 0–3 years in collections, finance, NBFC, or microfinance (preferred)
• Good communication skills in local language(s).
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and reporting apps.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
