Klene Paks Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic Unit Head to oversee plant operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in tape plants, looms, and lamination machines and be capable of managing production processes efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring optimal performance of tape plants, looms, and lamination machines.
• Implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance product quality.
• Lead and manage a team of production staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Work under pressure to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Monitor and control production costs to improve profitability.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth machine operations.
• Report to senior management on production performance and challenges.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Experience (4-8 years) in handling tape plant, looms, and lamination machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Good knowledge of production planning and process optimization.
• Familiarity with quality control and safety standards.
• Kannada & Hindi language is mandatory
