We are building a place where operations, culture, and business come together, and now looking for someone who can take full ownership of that vision.

Role OverviewThis is not a desk job.

You will live at the property and run it like your own business.

From guest experience to revenue growth, from team management to marketing execution, everything flows through you. You will be directly responsible for the P&L of the property.

• Key Responsibilities1. Operations & Guest ExperienceEnd-to-end management of banquet events, weddings, and resort stays
• Ensure smooth execution from booking to closure
• Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and service
• Handle guest issues personally when required
• 2. Revenue & P&L OwnershipDrive revenue across banquet, rooms, and add-on services
• Control costs without compromising guest experience
• Daily, weekly tracking of revenue, expenses, and profitability
• Improve occupancy and per-event revenue
• 3. Sales & Marketing ExecutionGenerate leads for weddings, events, and stays
• Execute local marketing, partnerships, and promotions
• Work on digital presence (social media, listings, WhatsApp funnels)
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• 4. Team ManagementHire, train, and manage on-ground staff
• Build a reliable team in a rural setup
• Create accountability and discipline in daily operations
• 5. Vendor & Partner ManagementCoordinate with decorators, caterers, and local vendors
• Ensure quality delivery and cost efficiency
• Build long-term vendor relationships

• Experience in hospitality, events, hotel, or operations preferred
