Job Title: Site Engineer

Location: Kushalnagar, Karnataka

Salary: ₹20,000-25,000 per month

• Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily on-site construction activities and workforce
• Ensure adherence to project plans, drawings, and technical specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for timely execution
• Monitor material usage, equipment deployment, and site safety compliance
• Maintain daily progress reports, measurements, and documentation
• Identify on-site challenges and work with the team to resolve issues proactively

• Key Requirements:
• Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering
• 1–2 years of site supervision experience preferred (freshers may also apply)
• Proficiency in reading construction drawings and technical documentation
• Strong communication and site coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and handle field responsibilities
