Accountant Cum Office Assistant

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant cum Office Admin who will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities along with ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong financial knowledge and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Accounting Duties:Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare invoices, bills, and purchase orders
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow
• Assist in GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Maintain petty cash and expense tracking.

Administrative Duties:

• Manage office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
• Handle vendor management and office supplies procurement
• Maintain office records, files, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Manage attendance, leave records, and basic HR support
• Assist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and events
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence .
