Customer Relations Officer

Job Description:

Customer Relationship ExecutiveWe are looking for a dedicated Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer communication and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Experience in Construction or Manufacturing industry is added advantage, and fluency in Hindi is mandatory.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
• Communicate confidently with customers in Hindi (English/Tamil is an added advantage)
• Coordinate with sales, production, and site/project teams for order status and updates
• Provide customers with timely information on project progress, production schedules, and deliveries
• Maintain customer records, follow-ups, and feedback in CRM or registers
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure closure within defined timelines
• Support documentation, billing coordination, and handover processes
• Build long-term customer relationships and trust
• Skills & Requirements:Hindi speaking is mandatory
• 1–5 years experience in Construction / Manufacturing industry
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM)
• Ability to handle customers professionally under pressure
