Data Entry Operator

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems and databases.

Responsibilities:

• Enter data into databases and systems accurately and efficiently
• Verify and cross-check data for errors or inconsistencies
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Generate reports as needed
• Perform routine data backup and filing
• Assist in administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data entry software
• Excellent typing speed and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
