Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Scheme Operations & Management

• Manage end-to-end operations of Jewellery Chit / Gold Savings / Monthly Purchase Schemes.
• Ensure smooth customer onboarding, documentation, KYC, and scheme registration.
• Monitor monthly collections, defaults, renewals, and maturity closures.
• Coordinate with accounts team for scheme ledger maintenance and reconciliation.

Sales & Customer Acquisition

• Drive new enrolments through showroom walk-ins, referrals, field promotions, and tele-calling.
• Train and guide sales staff to promote chit schemes effectively.
• Plan and execute scheme-focused campaigns during festivals and peak seasons.

Customer Relationship Management

• Handle customer queries, grievances, and maturity settlements professionally.
• Maintain long-term relationships with scheme customers to increase repeat business.
• Ensure transparent communication regarding scheme terms, benefits, and maturity options.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure scheme operations follow company policies and applicable regulations.
• Maintain accurate records, agreements, receipts, and customer data.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on enrolments, collections, and conversions.

Team & Coordination

• Lead and manage scheme executives / tele-callers / field promoters.
• Coordinate with showroom managers, marketing, and finance teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor team performance and achieve monthly targets.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong experience in Jewellery Chit / Gold Saving Schemes.
• Excellent customer handling and communication skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with leadership ability.
• Good knowledge of basic accounting and scheme calculations.
• Ability to handle targets, teams, and operational pressure.
