MIS Executive

The MIS Executive in a jewellery shop is responsible for collecting, compiling, analyzing, and maintaining accurate data related to sales, purchases, inventory, stock movement, wastage, schemes, and staff performance, and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review; the role includes ensuring data accuracy in billing and ERP systems, tracking gold, silver, diamond, and other jewellery stock, monitoring ageing, reconciliation of physical stock with system records, supporting audits, generating business insights to improve sales and operational efficiency, coordinating with sales, accounts, and operations teams, and maintaining confidentiality and timely submission of reports to support effective decision-making.
