Job Summary:

The Process Associate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our content across multiple web-based platforms, ensuring seamless data sharing, and supporting system integrations. If you have a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset, we want you to be a part of our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

✅ Perform data entry, processing, and validation with high accuracy.

✅ Handle copy-paste, typing, and document conversion tasks (PDF to XLS/CSV/Docx).

✅ Collect, clean, and organize data as per project requirements.

✅ Ensure quality control and error-free documentation.

✅ Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and meet deadlines.

✅ Collaborate with team members to improve process efficiency.

✅ Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.

Requirements:

✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.

✔ Typing speed of at least 40-50 words per minute (WPM).

✔ Basic knowledge of data processing tools and techniques.

✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

✔ Prior experience in BPO, data entry, or back-office operations is a plus.
