Relationship Manager

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective members.

• Promote and market company products such as Savings, RD, DRD, FD, and MIS schemes.

• Drive new member acquisition and support branch business growth targets.

• Provide personalized financial guidance to members based on their needs.

• Handle member enquiries, follow-ups, and service-related requests effectively.

• Support deposit mobilization and cross-selling of financial products.

• Assist in loan sourcing, preliminary documentation, and coordination with the credit team.

• Ensure proper KYC collection and verification for all member accounts.

• Maintain accurate records of member interactions and business activities.

• Work closely with branch teams to achieve monthly targets and service standards.

• Strengthen customer satisfaction through timely communication and quality service.

• Support branch campaigns, promotional activities, and member engagement programs.
