As an Admission Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for potential students and parents, responsible for providing detailed information about courses, colleges, and admission procedures. You will play a key role in converting enquiries into admissions and helping students make informed decisions about their future.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls to reach prospective students and parents.
• Understand students’ requirements and provide expert guidance on course and college selection.
• Counsel students on the admission process, eligibility, documentation, and fee structure.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and counseling sessions with colleges.
• Follow up with leads regularly to ensure a high conversion rate.
• Work closely with marketing and tele-calling teams to improve campaign outcomes.
• Achieve monthly admission targets as per the company's goals.
• Provide support during admission drives and events, both online and offline.
