1. *TEAM RECRUITMENT*

Associate managers may Recruit a right person for their team for a right and suitable position, with keen learning and good communication skills .

2. *TEAM DEVELOPMENT*

Associate managers may lead a team of members, training them & also motivate the team to perform better.

3. *TEAM MANAGEMENT*

Associate managers may lead or contribute to projects within their department or team. They may be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities.
