Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain gold loan products. (NO TARGETS)
• Answer inbound customer queries courteously and professionally.
• Follow up with leads generated via campaigns and ensure timely conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with field executives for follow-ups and document collection.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships.
• Share loan eligibility, interest rate, and repayment information as required.

Key Skills:

• Good communication skills (Tamil & basic English)
• Confident, polite, and persuasive in speaking
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry)
• Target-oriented mindset
• Customer handling ability
