Telesales Executive

We are hiring energetic and target-driven Tele Sales Executives to support our upcoming Tamil Nadu Election Services.

If you are confident in speaking with people and closing deals over calls, this is a great opportunity to earn salary + strong incentives.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients such as candidates, political teams, and campaign coordinators.

Explain and promote our election-related services in a clear and professional way.

Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.

Build good relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and closures in CRM / tracking sheets.

Work closely with the internal team to improve pitch and conversion strategies.

Achieve daily and monthly call and sales Incentives

Stay aware of local election activities to communicate effectively with clients.

✅ Requirements

Fluency in Tamil is mandatory (Telugu, English speaking ability is an added advantage).

Prior experience in telesales / telemarketing / customer calling preferred.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing skills over phone.

Self-motivated and comfortable working with targets.

Ability to handle rejections positively and stay focused.

Basic computer knowledge.

💰 Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month

3% Commission on Every Successful Deal (Unlimited earning potential)
