Zonal Accounts Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day accounting operations of all showrooms in the assigned zone.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations.
• Monitor and verify daily cash flow, bank deposits, petty cash, and sales entries.
• Ensure proper billing, invoicing, and GST compliance at all locations.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for regular audits and statutory compliance.
• Implement and monitor accounting systems and controls to minimize errors and fraud.
• Provide financial insights to the Zonal Head to support strategic decisions.
• Oversee inventory valuation, stock accounting, and coordinate with store teams for physical stock audits.
• Ensure timely remittance of statutory dues such as TDS, GST, PF, and ESI.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives across the zone.
• Train and guide showroom-level accountants and ensure standard accounting practices.
