4. Documentation

Record verified stock details in the stock checking sheet.

Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.

5. Coordination with Branch Staff

Work with the branch manager and sales staff during stock verification.

Clarify any stock differences immediately.

6. Reporting

Prepare and submit a stock verification report to management/HO.

Clearly mention discrepancies if found.

7. Compliance

Follow company stock verification procedures and policies.

Maintain confidentiality of stock details.

8. Accuracy & Responsibility

Ensure accurate counting and avoid errors.

Be responsible for the correctness of the report submitted.
