Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities:Handle walk-in students, enquiry calls, and online leads effectively
  • Counsel students and parents about courses, fees, eligibility, and career paths
  • Convert enquiries into admissions by explaining course benefits clearly
  • Maintain daily follow-ups with interested candidates until closure
  • Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
  • Coordinate with marketing and field teams for lead follow-up
  • Update student details and admission status in CRM / registers
  • Attend training sessions, meetings, and counselling reviews
  • Ensure proper documentation and fee collection process
  • Provide post-admission support and guidance to students
