VKEY Home Tuitions is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our home tuition services by managing both inbound and outbound calls with parents. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers who inquire about our services, understand their needs, and guide them toward selecting the best tutoring solutions for their children. You will also be responsible for following up with leads, converting inquiries into sales, and helping to expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from parents inquiring about our home tuition services.
• Make outbound calls to potential leads, including follow-ups and re-engagement.
• Provide detailed information about our tutoring services and customize offerings to meet the specific needs of students and parents.
• Maintain a strong relationship with parents throughout the sales process.
• Track and manage leads using CRM software.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
• Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
• Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team to improve sales strategies and processes.
