Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Experience: 3–7 years in financial services/sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee and grow the sales of financial deposit products like DRD, RD, FD, and MIS.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales plans for DRD, RD, FD, and MIS products.

2. Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly deposit targets.

3. Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Officers and Executives.

4. Monitor performance and provide regular guidance and support.

5. Identify and onboard potential customers through field visits, local networking, and promotional campaigns.

6. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention and repeat business.

7. Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and professionally.

8. Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
