Job Description: Assistant Showroom Sales Manager Position Overview The Assistant Showroom Sales Manager supports daily showroom operations, drives sales performance, and ensures exceptional customer service. This role assists in supervising the sales team, maintaining product displays, managing inventory levels, and delivering a smooth and engaging showroom experience to customers.

• Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Customer Service
• Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly showroom sales targets.
• Engage customers, understand their needs, and offer suitable product recommendations.
• Support high-value or complex sales closure.
• Handle customer complaints, feedback, and after-sales service to ensure satisfaction.

• 2. Showroom Operations Management
• Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the inventory department.
• Maintain proper product labeling, pricing, and display arrangements.

• 3. Reporting & Administration
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports, stock status updates, and customer footfall records.
• Track KPIs such as conversion rate, average order value, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in forecasting sales and planning showroom strategies.

• 4.Customer Relationship Management
• Build strong relationships with repeat customers and key clients.
• Follow up with potential leads and support customer retention programs.
• Maintain customer database and contribute to loyalty initiatives.
