Associate BPO Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Banking Loan Sales Tele Callers to join our growing financial services team.

The role involves calling prospective customers, understanding their financial needs, and promoting suitable banking loan products.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers using the provided leads

• Explain loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP, Car Loans & Credit Cards
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right loan solutions
• Generate quality leads and fix appointments for the sales/field team
• Follow up with interested customers for documentation and processing
• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and relationship building

Eligibility & Skills:

• Minimum 12th / Any Graduate
• Experience in banking/finance telecalling preferred (freshers can apply)
• Good communication skills in Tamil & English (additional languages a plus)
• Convincing, confident, and customer-friendly approach
• Ability to work with targets and incentives

Work Details:

• Location: Office-based, KALAVASAL BYE-PASS ROAD, SS COLONY, OPP TO KFC
• Working Days: As per company policy
• Salary: Fixed salary + Attractive incentives
