🎯 Job Summary

The Sales Team Leader (TL) will lead, monitor, and motivate a team of counsellors to achieve admission targets, revenue goals, and service quality standards. The role involves daily team management, performance tracking, training, and conversion improvement.

  • 🔑 Key Responsibilities👥
  • Team Handling & LeadershipHandle and manage a team of Admission / Sales Counsellors
  • Assign daily targets (calls, follow-ups, walk-ins, conversions)
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline
  • Motivate the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • 📊 Sales & Performance Management
  • Track calls, follow-ups, walk-ins, admissions, and revenue
  • Ensure target vs achievement reporting daily
  • Improve conversion ratio through regular feedback
  • Handle low performers with coaching and action plans
  • 🎓 Training & Coaching
  • Train counsellors on:

  • Lead handling & calling scripts
  • Objection handling
  • Counselling techniques
  • Closing skills
  • Conduct mock calls and live counselling observation
  • Support new joiners during training & probation period
  • đź§ľ Reporting & CoordinationPrepare and submit:

  • Daily EOD reports
  • Team performance reports
  • Lead status updates
  • Coordinate with:
  • Marketing team
  • HR & management

  • 🤝 Client & Issue HandlingSupport counsellors in high-value or escalated cases
  • Handle parent/student objections when required
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and ethical counselling
