Job Description
Business Development Executive (BDE) Organisation: Vidhvaa Classmate
Department: Business Development / Sales
Location: Tamil Nadu / Field & Office Based
π― Role Overview: The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for expanding the reach of the Vidhvaa Classmate App by building partnerships with schools, colleges, tuition centres, and educational institutions. The role focuses on promoting the platform, onboarding institutions and students, and achieving growth targets.
π Key Responsibilities1. Business Development
- Identify and approach schools, colleges, coaching centres, and educational institutions.
- Present and demonstrate the Vidhvaa Classmate App features and benefits.
- Develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
2. Sales & Marketing
- Promote app subscriptions and institutional packages.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and awareness sessions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. Institutional Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with principals, HODs, and faculty members.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with partner institutions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of students and institutions.
4. Market Research
- Identify market trends in digital learning platforms.
- Collect feedback from institutions and users for product improvement.
- Analyse competitor activities.
5. Reporting
- Maintain daily visit reports and lead tracking.
- Update CRM or internal reporting system.
- Provide weekly sales and performance updates to management.
- π Qualifications: Any Graduate / MBA (Marketing, Business Administration preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Experience in EdTech / Educational Sales is an added advantage
- π§ Required Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Relationship building and negotiation skills
- Sales and marketing knowledge
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps and digital platforms
