Business Development Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Tour & Travels company. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the travel and tourism sector

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate companies, and travel partners

- Promote tour packages, travel services, and customized travel solutions

- Handle client inquiries, provide quotations, and close sales effectively

- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery

- Attend networking events and meetings to expand business reach

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in travel industry)

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and meet targets

- Knowledge of domestic and international travel packages

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication, CRM tools)

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in tour package selling

- Strong customer handling skills

- Fluency in English must (additional languages are a plus)
