Responsibilities:

• Manage operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe
• Hire and train staff: Recruit and train new staff members, including baristas and wait staff
• Order supplies: Coordinate with vendors to order supplies like coffee, milk, and takeaway cups
• Maintain records: Keep track of daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and expenses
• Add menu items: Consider seasonal and customer preferences when adding new menu items
• Advise staff: Provide guidance to staff on how to resolve customer issues and deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure cleanliness: Keep all cafe areas clean and tidy

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th Pass
• Well groomed, clean shaved without wearing any jewellery
• Should be ok to wear cafe uniform- Shirt and trousers.
