Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Handle clients virtually.
• Update the client’s monthly budget.
• Conduct quarterly review meetings with clients.
• Review clients’ financial planning annually.
• Coordinate with auditors for income tax filing.
• Address and complete gaps identified in financial planning.
• Respond promptly to clients’ queries.
• Generate referrals from existing clients.
• Convert referrals into new clients.
• Be responsible for clients’ yearly subscription renewals.
Required Skills:
• Must be a team player.
• Effective communication and time management skills.
• Strong decision-making and critical analysis abilities.
• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in computer applications (MS Excel and web-based tools).
• Ability to work independently and think innovatively.
