Job Description
- Create and manage digital campaigns to increase brand awareness and showroom visits (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube, etc.)
- Drive and manage localised lead generation campaigns (bridal, festive, savings schemes, etc.)
- Promote offers, collections, and seasonal launches through targeted online marketing
- Handle daily social media posts with strong visual and video content (Reels, Live Videos, Stories, etc.)
- Work with photography/design teams to create attractive creatives for digital use
- Maintain and update the company website and e-commerce sections (if applicable)
- Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM integrations
- Coordinate with showroom teams for customer queries and lead follow-up
- Additional for Manager Level:Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies
- Lead festive & bridal campaign planning (Akshaya Tritiya, Diwali, Wedding Season, etc.)
- Collaborate with influencers, celebrities, and regional media for brand collaborations
- Manage agency/vendor relationships (photographers, influencers, content creators)
- Monitor and improve customer journey across all digital touchpoints
- Allocate budgets and report campaign ROI and engagement KPIs to management
- Key Skills & ToolsIndustry knowledge of Gold, Diamond, Silver Jewellery Marketing
- Google Ads, SEO/SEM, YouTube Promotions
- Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), WhatsApp Business
- Canva, Photoshop, Video Editing Apps (CapCut, InShot preferred)
- Google Analytics, CRM tools (Zoho, Hubspot – optional)
- Tamil/Regional Content Handling (if applicable)
