🎯 Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Educational Counsellor to guide students and parents on suitable courses, career opportunities, and admission processes. The role involves student counselling, lead conversion, and relationship management to achieve admission targets.

• 🔑 Roles & Responsibilities:Counsel students and parents on courses, career paths, and skill development programs
• Handle inbound & outbound calls, walk-ins, and leads from various sources
• Explain course details, fees, duration, and benefits clearly
• Convert enquiries into successful admissions
• Follow up with interested candidates to close admissions
• Maintain student records and follow-up status
• Coordinate with internal teams for admission and documentation
• Achieve daily and monthly counselling targets
• Participate in school/college seminars, events, and campaigns if required
