Educational Counsellor

We are a reputed MBBS Abroad Educational Consultancy assisting students to pursue medical education in countries like Russia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan,etc. We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Educational Counselors to guide students through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS abroad options, universities, eligibility, fees, and admission process
• Handle walk-in leads, phone calls, and online enquiries
• Follow up with prospective students regularly and ensure closures
• Explain NEET requirements, documentation, visa process, and timelines
• Maintain student data, follow-ups, and closure reports
• Coordinate with universities and internal teams for application processing
• Achieve monthly admission targets as assigned
• Attend education fairs, seminars, and promotional events when required

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate (Education / Sales / Counseling background preferred)
• Experience in MBBS Abroad / Overseas Education Consultancy is a strong advantage
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
• Skills Required:Excellent communication skills (English + Tamil / Hindi preferred)
• Strong convincing and counseling skills
• Target-oriented mindset
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Email, WhatsApp follow-ups)
• Ability to handle pressure during peak admission seasons
