Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant for a Automobiles co at Madurai

Industry: Automobiles Dealership

Location: Madurai

Experience: 2–4 years (Experience in automobile dealership or corporate office preferred)

Qualification: Any Degree (MBA preferred)


Job Responsibilities:

1. Executive Support

Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Managing Director / CEO.

Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Maintain strict confidentiality of all business and personal information.

2. Communication & Coordination

Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the management.

Coordinate with sales, service, accounts, HR, and showroom teams for timely updates.

Draft emails, business correspondence, MIS reports, and presentations.


3. Data Management & Reporting

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on sales, service performance, customer feedback, and operations.

Track key business metrics and highlight gaps or concerns to management.

Assist in data collection, analysis, and preparation of business reviews.


4. Operational Support

Follow up with department heads on targets, deadlines, and operational issues.

Assist in process monitoring, customer escalations, and workflow coordination.

Support management in implementing new initiatives, policies, and dealership standards.


5. Administrative Tasks

Organize meetings, review documents, and maintain files & records.

Handle vendor coordination and basic administrative tasks as required.

Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of executive office operations.


Key Skills Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.

High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.


Good business understanding; ability to coordinate across departments.


Salary Range: Maximum gross up to 22 K PM
