Freecharges by Axis Bank, a leading Fintech organization providing micro and group loans, is looking for candidates for the role of Loan Officer – Field Work (male candidates preferred due to extensive field work). The candidate will handle group loans, helping Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and micro-entrepreneur groups with loan applications, verification, and repayment follow-up.

Role & responsibilities

Field Executive Merchant Cash Advance (MCA): Responsible for sourcing and onboarding small business clients, providing business cash advance/loan solutions, explaining MCA products, collecting required documentation and repayments, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely deal processing and disbursement.
