Job Title - Sales Executive Home Loan

Function / Department - Sales Roles and Responsibilities

Generate Home Loan leads from the open market and through different channels like DSAs, Connectors, or builders

1. Meeting clients, verifying docunments, processing files, co-ordinate for sanction/disbursement of the loan.

2. Monitor the leads and check for the quality of sourcing and ensure quick conversion of prospects as per the targets.

3. Responsible for knowing and complying with all the legal requirements as per the law of the land

4. Meeting builders/DSA's/ Connectors associations for tie-ups/ impalement for housing loans

5. Connect with our Loan processing centre to ensure the file disbursement

6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referral/s

7. Implement and develop sales activities to achieve the target
