We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our HR team and help us hire the right talent across various departments like sales, telecalling, teaching, and marketing.

• Key Responsibilities: Understand manpower requirements from department heads and plan recruitment accordingly.
• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other platforms.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through calls and interviews.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates till joining.
• Maintain candidate databases and provide regular hiring updates to management.
• Coordinate with training departments for onboarding new joiners.
• Ensure minimum hiring targets are met for each department.
• Follow up with hired candidates for joining confirmation and handle dropouts professionally.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports regularly.
• Requirements:Qualification: Any degree
• Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
• Willingness to make outbound calls and handle high call volume
• Basic knowledge of job portals, MS Excel, and email
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Prior experience in recruitment is an advantage but not mandatory
