HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-oriented HR Executive responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate should be capable of sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and ensuring candidate joining within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other platforms
• Conduct initial screening and shortlist suitable candidates
• Schedule and confirm interviews
• Ensure daily interview attendance
• Follow up with selected candidates for joining
• Maintain proper recruitment database and tracker
• Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets
• Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements
• Conduct WhatsApp campaigns and other sourcing activities
• Daily Performance
