Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in ESI, PF, recruitment, and HR compliance. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company HR strategies and objectives.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
• Maintain and manage ESI & PF records and ensure timely remittance and compliance.
• Handle employee documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory benefits.
• Address employee grievances and foster a positive working environment.
• Prepare HR reports, manage HR records, and maintain HRMIS.
• Ensure HR policies are updated and in compliance with labor laws.
• Coordinate training programs, appraisals, and employee engagement activities.
• Key Requirements: Mater's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field (MBA/PG preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of ESI, PF, recruitment, labor laws, and HR documentation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
