Job Description

We are looking for an HR Operations & Coordination Executive who can manage day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, follow-ups, reporting, and documentation with strong discipline and ownership.

This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and strong in follow-up and communication.

  • Coordinate candidate joining process
  • Confirm joining date, documents, and reporting details
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and employee handover
  • Maintain joining and onboarding records
  • 2. Employee Records & Documentation
  • Maintain employee master data and personal records
  • Handle documentation (ID proof, certificates, forms, etc.)
  • Update employee files and HR database regularly
  • 3. Attendance & Leave Management
  • Track daily attendance and absentees
  • Maintain leave and permission records
  • Follow up for missing or incorrect attendance entries
  • 4. HR Reports & Tracker Management
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly HR trackers
  • Update recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and exit reports
  • Submit reports to management on time
  • 5. Recruitment Coordination
  • Schedule and confirm interviews
  • Coordinate between candidates and interview panel
  • Follow up shortlisted candidates for joining
  • 6. Employee Coordination & Follow-up
  • Follow up with employees for pending tasks/documents
  • Ensure HR-related activities are completed on time
  • Coordinate communication between departments and employees
  • 7. Performance Review Support
  • Support in collecting review data
  • Maintain performance-related records
  • Follow up review action points
  • 8. Exit Process Coordination
  • Maintain resignation and exit records
  • Coordinate clearance and documentation
  • Ensure smooth exit process
