About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident, proactive, and able to handle both online and offline marketing activities to generate quality leads and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Handle WhatsApp, social media, and other digital promotion activities.
• Identify potential clients and generate leads through field visits, calls, and networking.
• Maintain and update marketing reports and campaign performance.
• Coordinate with the sales/counsellor team for follow-ups and lead conversion.
• Promote brand awareness through events, outreach programs, and partnerships.
• Create basic content for posters, promotions, and email campaigns.
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall marketing strategy.

Requirements:

• Any degree qualification.
• 2 years of experience (with strong communication skills can apply).
• Good communication and convincing ability.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel for field marketing activities when required.
• Strong positive attitude and team coordination skills.
